Meaning : Your PC comes with Paint, an app for drawing, coloring, and editing pictures. You can make new simple pictures and creative projects or add text and designs to existing picture files in Paint. Paint is a very powerful drawing program that allows you to explore your artistic creativity. With Paint, you can create graphic files that can be use as wallpaper as we discussed earlier. Paint is a drawing tool you can use to create simple or elaborate drawings These drawings can be either black-and-white or color, and can be saved as bitmap files You can print your drawing, use it for your desktop background, or paste it into another document. You can even use Paint to view and edit scanned photos.
Many of you know that Paint is a drawing tool that can be used for simple drawings and basic image editing. Paint has been included in every version of Microsoft Windows.You can also use Paint to work with pictures, such as .jpg,.gif, or .bmp files.
Where To Find Paint in Windows 7/10
-> You can find Paint by typing the 'paint' in the search box of the Start Menu, in Windows 7, and directly on the Start screen, in Windows 10.
-> Alternatively, you can find it following this path:
Start menu-> All Programs-> Accessories-> Paint.

After you open Paint you will see that the interface is completely modified compared to older versions. Now all the items are on the top side of the window.
